ORGANIZATION FOR CONSERVATION & STUDY OF BIODIVERSITY (CSBD) CSBD is an NGO established for betterment of human society. It is a platform for young dynamic persons with scientific bent of mind. Here we use science at grass root level so that it reaches the masses. We also encourage scientists, researchers who are engaged in the study of biodiversity.     Broad objectives of the society are: 1. To generate awareness among masses regarding the importance of natural ecosystems like Himalayas, Western Ghats, rain forests etc. by organizing awareness camps. 2. To plan conservative strategies by involving local people so that these ecosystems can be preserved. 3. To organize camps at the level of schools, colleges to generate enthusiasm among young and dynamic population for betterment of human society, pursuing involvement of scientists / researchers/ doctors/ engineers.
